By accessing or using techtonic‑it.com (“Site”), or creating an account/booking services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Tech Tonic offers technology services including in‑house tech support, tech consulting, online services, graphic design, web development, and customized PC builds.

• Users may register an account to book services and manage billing.
   
• You’re responsible for maintaining your login credentials and are liable for activities under your account.
   
• Payments are processed securely via our online billing system; settlement must occur before service delivery techtonic-it.com.
   

• Provide accurate, current registration info (name, email, phone).
   
• Comply with laws, and do not misuse the Site or services.
   
• Respect service schedules. Missed appointments may incur fees.
   

• Prices and applicable discounts (e.g., military veterans) are displayed on the Site. Discounts applied at checkout.
   
• Tech Tonic reserves the right to modify prices and discontinue promotions.
   

All site content—including text, logos, graphics, and designs—is owned by Tech Tonic. You may view and print content solely for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution or modification is prohibited without prior consent.

We use cookies to analyze traffic and optimize user experience; data is aggregated. By using our Site, you consent to this usage. You can decline cookies via browser or banner settings, though some Site features may be impacted.

To guard against spam and abuse (e.g., account creation, contact forms), we use Google reCAPTCHA. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms apply .

• Liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount paid for services via the Site.
   

You agree to indemnify and hold Tech Tonic harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site/services.

Tech Tonic may suspend or terminate your account or access to services for violations or inactivity. You can terminate your account at any time by contacting support; outstanding payments remain due.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Updated Terms are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after posting constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts in Hennepin County, MN.
