Refund Policy

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Tech Tonic

Effective Date: July 3, 2025

1. Eligibility Period

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving services or goods.

2. Refundable Scenarios

We offer refunds if:

  • Wrong items/service were delivered.
     
  • Damaged products were received.
     
  • Company error occurred (e.g., double billing)
    (Based on standard goods policies)
     

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds do not apply if:

  • You change your mind or no longer want the service/product.
     
  • Services were already rendered (e.g., completed tech appointments).
     
  • Custom items were made.
     
  • Scheduled but executed appointments (on-site or virtual).
     

4. Appointment Cancellations

For scheduled services:

  • Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
     
  • If canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment, a $25 fee applies.
     

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To initiate a request:

  1. Contact us within 30 days via email at contact@techtonic‑it.com or call +1 612‑217‑4175.
     
  2. Provide:
     
    • Name, order/booking number, date
       
    • Reason for refund
       
    • For goods: clear photos of damage or incorrect item
       

We will assign an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) when needed.

6. Return Procedure

If requested:

  • Ship the item back to the address we'll provide.
     
  • You pay the return shipping cost.
     
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued.
     

7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued using the same payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process after we approve and trigger them.

8. Service Disputes

If you're unhappy with service quality:

  • Contact us immediately so we can attempt resolution or partial credit.
     
  • Fully rendered services are generally non-refundable.
     

9. Modifications to Policy

Tech Tonic reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting and noted above.
